Major reshuffle in the Capital Development Authority (CDA) continued on third consecutive day resulting in transfer of as many as 38 officials of the civic authority including three deputy directors to other directorates, it was learnt on Friday.

These officials had been serving at the same positions for more than three years. CDA sources told Business Recorder that three deputy directors, 32 assistant directors and three stenographers were transferred to other directorates of the authority.

The deputy directors transferred were Chaudhary Sharif Qaiser, Habibur Rehman and I A Rizwan.

The assistant directors who were transferred included, Mohammad Shafiq, Ghulam Shabir Gondal, Mohammad Aslam Gondal, Hakim Khan, Nazir Ahmed Gondal, Sardar Khan, Mohammad Ashraf Khan, Sanaullah Baloch, Abdul Hafeez, Abdul Jabbar, Salim Khan, Rana Tariq Mehmood, Shabir Hassan, Ghulam Farid, Mohammad Hussein, Gulzar Ahmed, Arif Shah, Javed Haleem, Hassan Butt, Riazuddin, Mumtaz Noor, Abdul Sattar Achakzai, Zahid Shah, Mohammad Hanif, Mohammad Zaheeruddin, Mohammad Younas, Nisar Ali Khan, Tariq Saleem and Mohammad Sadiq. They were working in Civil, Mechanical and Electrical Directorates.

CDA had issued notifications in this regard.

Sources disclosed that more key transfers/postings are expected in the next week soon after public holidays.
